Take a private speedboat from Kotor to the Blue Cave, Our Lady of the Rocks, and Mamula fortress with a skipper such as Mirko. You’ll get bottled water, masks for swimming, onboard WiFi, and transport back to the meeting point. The Blue Cave can be crowded, and rough water may affect the ride.

“Kotor is beautiful and the boat tour was a favorite for everyone in our group of 7! Would highly recommend! If traveling to Kotor with a cruise beware that if your ship is tendering in Kotor there may be delays. The tour group did their best to work with us even though we were late, but we were not able to get a full 3 hour boat ride in. (I blame the cruise line not the tour company, but recommend not booking the early tour to avoid this issue.)”
